Day 1
Welcome to Kenya – Journey to Amboseli
Karibu Kenya! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by your personal safari guide. From here, set off on a scenic journey south through the Kenyan countryside, passing bustling villages, acacia-dotted landscapes, and perhaps even glimpses of wildlife along the way. By early afternoon, you’ll reach Amboseli National Park, famed for its sweeping savannahs and towering views of Mount Kilimanjaro. After checking in at the elegant Ol Tukai Lodge, enjoy a delicious lunch on the terrace as elephants roam the nearby marshlands. Later, head out on your first afternoon game drive, a golden-hour adventure that introduces you to Amboseli’s iconic wildlife—massive elephant herds, giraffes silhouetted against the sunset, and perhaps even lions or hyenas beginning their evening prowl.
Day 2
A Day in the Shadows of Kilimanjaro
Wake up to the sounds of nature—trumpeting elephants, chirping birds, and the distant rumble of hooves. Today, the park is yours to explore. You may opt for a full-day safari with a packed picnic, giving you the chance to delve deep into Amboseli’s contrasting habitats: dry lake beds, wetlands teeming with birds, and acacia forests. Watch for cheetahs resting on termite mounds and buffalo wallowing in mud pools. Alternatively, take it easy with a split-day safari: enjoy a sunrise game drive when the animals are most active, return to the lodge for lunch and a siesta, then head out again in the late afternoon. Don’t forget to look up—Kilimanjaro often reveals her snow-capped peak just after sunrise or before dusk, creating a picture-perfect backdrop.
Day 3
From Amboseli to the Calm Shores of Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, bid farewell to Amboseli and begin your journey north, tracing your way back toward Nairobi. Stop for lunch at Carnivore Restaurant, where grilled meats are served on Maasai swords, or enjoy a quieter meal at the scenic Tamarind Brasserie. Continue your drive west through the dramatic Great Rift Valley, pausing at scenic lookouts to capture panoramic views. As you descend toward Lake Naivasha, the landscape transforms into a lush, green oasis dotted with fever trees and glassy lakes. By late afternoon, arrive at the serene Enashipai Resort & Spa. Take a leisurely walk by the lake, where you might see hippos bobbing in the shallows or colobus monkeys jumping through the treetops. Unwind with a spa treatment or a sundowner on the terrace as the sky turns gold.
Day 4
Flamingos & Rhinos – Into Lake Nakuru National Park
This morning, head north to Lake Nakuru National Park, a sanctuary known for its diverse wildlife and stunning lakeside scenery. Along the way, your guide will share stories of Kenya’s conservation efforts, including the protection of the endangered black and white rhinos—which you’ll have a chance to see today. Arrive at The Cliff, a boutique luxury camp perched atop a dramatic cliff overlooking the lake. After a gourmet lunch with sweeping views, set out for a game drive through the park’s grasslands and forests. Keep your eyes peeled for flamingos painting the shoreline pink, tree-climbing lions, leopards, and the rare Rothschild’s giraffe.

After a warm welcome and check-in at the exclusive Mara Bush Camp – Private Wing, you’ll have time to relax and soak in the wild surroundings.
