After landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you'll be welcomed by your professional driver-guide and begin your adventure with a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park (approx. 4–5 hours, 240 km). As you travel, enjoy panoramic views of the countryside with the iconic silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro gradually coming into view.
Upon reaching Amboseli, check in to your lodge or camp and relax over lunch. In the afternoon, set out on your first game drive in the park—renowned for its majestic elephants and breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and possibly even lions. After the drive, return to your accommodation for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

Full-Day Safari in Amboseli
Start your day with breakfast and head out for a full day of wildlife viewing in Amboseli. The early morning hours offer fantastic lighting and great opportunities to observe animals in action. Amboseli’s open plains are ideal for spotting large elephant herds and other game, all with the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro as a dramatic backdrop.
After a rewarding morning, return to your camp for a mid-morning meal and a bit of downtime. Later in the day, resume your exploration with another game drive through the park, where you may encounter cheetahs, leopards, wildebeest, and a wide variety of birdlife. You may also opt to visit a nearby Maasai village to experience the customs and culture of the local community. End your day with dinner back at camp and a night under the stars.

Day 3
Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey to Lake Naivasha (approx. 5–6 hours, 250 km). This drive takes you through the stunning Rift Valley landscape, dotted with small towns and sweeping escarpments. Upon arrival at the lake, check in at your lodge and enjoy a leisurely lunch.
In the afternoon, you may opt for a boat ride across the serene waters of Lake Naivasha, where hippos bask near the shoreline and birds like herons, kingfishers, and flamingos (depending on the season) fill the air. If time allows, you can also explore Crescent Island, a unique sanctuary where you can take a guided walk among freely roaming wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, and gazelles. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and rest.

Lake Naivasha to the Masai Mara
After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and make your way to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve (approx. 4–5 hours, 280 km). The journey winds through more of the Rift Valley, with scenic vistas and rolling hills along the way. Upon arriving in the Mara, check in at your camp or lodge and enjoy a satisfying lunch.
Later in the afternoon, embark on a game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic reserves. The Masai Mara is home to a stunning concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five and countless predators. If visiting during the migration season, you may witness the unforgettable sight of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River. After the drive, return to camp for dinner and a cozy overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive and Return to Nairobi
Begin the day with an early morning game drive, taking advantage of the cooler hours when animals are most active. Marvel at the diversity of wildlife as the rising sun casts golden light across the savannah. Afterward, return to camp for breakfast and a bit of relaxation.
In the early afternoon, head out for another game drive or opt to visit a local Maasai village for an insightful cultural experience. Learn about the Maasai’s traditions, attire, and way of life. After the visit, check out and begin the return drive to Nairobi (approx. 5–6 hours). Upon arrival in the city, you will be dropped off at your hotel if you’re extending your stay.
