Day 1
Tarangire National Park
After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its stunning landscapes and large herds of elephants. The drive to the park takes about 2 hours, covering approximately 120 km. Once in Tarangire, you will embark on a thrilling game drive, where you can spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, and numerous bird species.
Day 2
Serengeti National Park
After an early morning breakfast, set out for Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, indulging in game viewing along the way. Enjoy an evening game drive towards the campsite, soaking in the wildlife sightings. As you ascend the hillside, the vast expanse of Serengeti unfolds before you, stretching endlessly as far as the eye can see. Translated as "endless plains" in Kiswahili, this 6,900 square mile (18,000 square km) park is home to over 2 million large animals, including an impressive population of wildebeest, plains zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles
Day 3
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
Today begins with an early rise for a sunrise safari, offering the chance to witness wildlife at its most active and to marvel at the spectacular African savannah sunrise. After the safari, brunch awaits back at camp. In the afternoon, you'll journey to Ngorongoro, acclaimed as the 8th Natural Wonder of the World. This vast crater, with its towering 2,000-foot walls and expansive floor spanning 102 square miles, serves as a sanctuary for a diverse array of East African wildlife, including the elusive black rhinoceros. Known for its unparalleled wildlife density, the crater boasts a remarkable concentration of animal species, including a picturesque river, swamps, a soda lake adorned with flamingoes, lush forests, and vast plains. Notably, the resident bull elephants here boast impressive tusks, a testament to the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and grasslands
Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Following breakfast, embark on a journey to Ngorongoro Crater for an exhilarating half-day safari within its confines. Renowned as the prime spot to observe the black rhino in Tanzania, it also hosts a majestic pride of lions, including impressive black-maned males. The crater's scenic landscape is adorned with vibrant flamingos and diverse waterfowl. Keep an eye out for leopard, cheetah, hyena, and various antelope species, alongside an array of small mammals. As the afternoon wanes, return to Arusha or the airport for your drop-off, concluding your memorable safari experience.
