DAY 1

Dar es Salaam to Nyerere national park

Your driver guide in an open roof vehicle will pick you up from your location in Dar and drive you to Selous Game Reserve, a four hours drive from Dar. Have your lunch upon your arrival and go for boat safari along river Rufiji. Selous has some of the best boat safaris found anywhere in Africa. Enjoy game viewing on top of water as you see hippos, crocodiles and elephants along the river. Meal plan (lunch + dinner)

DAY 2

Nyerere national park full day game drive

Have your breakfast at 7:00 AM and at 8:00 AM with picnic lunch go for game drive in Nyerere national park or Selous named after Frederick Selous the famous British explorer. Selous is Africa’s biggest game reserve with size of over 30,0000 sqkmtrs and get to see some fabulous game including elephant, wild dog, buffalo, giraffes, crocodile and fantastic prides of lion. Enjoy your lunch at 12:30 pm at a perfect spot chosen by your guide. After lunch continue with game drive until evening In the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan (breakfast + lunch + dinner)

DAY 3

Nyerere national park Game drive & Mloka vilage tour

Have your breakfast at 7:00 AM, and at 8:00 AM, with picnic lunch, go for a full-day game drive and explore other parts of the park that covers an area of nearly 50,000 square kilometres or 19,000 square miles. At 4:00 PM, go for a village tour at Mloka village, where you shall visit the market, police post, shops and meet the local people going about their village life. Mloka village gives you the opportunity of experiencing a real African village life. In the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan (breakfast + lunch + dinner)

DAY 4

Nyerere national park to Dar es Salaam

Wake up early in the morning and go for an early morning walking safari from 6:30 AM in the reserve where you will be accompanied by an armed ranger. Explore this rich untouched wilderness on foot until 9:30 AM when you shall return to lodge for your breakfast. After breakfast start your journey to Dar es Salaam where you will be dropped off at your requested location. End of tour. Meal plan (breakfast + lunch)
